Names of web addresses must not be misleading (for example imitating banks, payment systems or well-known brands) or infringe others’ rights. We may reclaim such names.
Reporting illegal content or abuse
Anyone can report content or activity on Agents Work For Me. E-mail the support address on the Contacts page with:
- the web address (
<name>.agentsworkforme.com) or IP address; - what is happening and why you believe it is illegal or violates this policy;
- your name and e-mail (anonymous reports are accepted for child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
We confirm receipt, review reports diligently and objectively, and inform the reporter of our decision.
How we act
- We may restrict the affected web address, resource or account. Where possible and lawful, we contact the customer first and give them time to fix the issue; in serious cases (for example malware, phishing, attacks or child sexual abuse material) we act immediately.
- When we restrict something, we tell the customer what was restricted, why, on which grounds, and how to contest it.
- The customer can contest the decision by replying to our message within 6 months; a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities when required by law. Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy may be closed.
